Topic: Hot vs. Cold Observables
Presented by: Jesse Sanders

Like Promises, Observables provide an abstraction for handling asynchronous parts of our Angular applications that is more flexible and powerful than Promises; this added functionality comes at the cost of additional complexity. In this talk, we will introduce the two types of Observable streams, hot and cold, and examine how they are different. We will also look at some of the common pitfalls of using Observables with Angular services.
